Cranberry dipping sauce

Just put up two quart mason Jars for Turkey Day

Orange concentrate (1/2 cup)
Cranberries (pound and a half)
Ginger ale (3 cups)
3 ( or more) TBLS @ of Brown sugar, maple syrup
salt 1/2 Tsp

simmer till smushy and wizz in a blender. Really sweet syrupy thick texture and Tart.

Going to serve in little Espresso cups with the cute little spoons for the guests to do with as they please.

I could never tolerate the crap in the can.
